To respect the time of our associates and maximize the guest experience, our Cancellation & No-Show Policy requires that you cancel or reschedule your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. To do so, please provide notice to the applicable European Wax Center location. 

If you fail to show up for your reservation or don’t cancel or reschedule your booking 24 hours in advance, select centers will charge a Cancellation/No-Show Fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the service(s) scheduled.
